Why do you think they are getting such an increase? Have their competitors (GIA?) taken very long to certify, and are they quicker, or has their standard gone up? I wonder what the increase on Diamonds alone is, considering the whole Beryllium diffused gems and those rubies being passed off as Mogok...

It's not just HRD. As I hear it, there's increased demand across the board for reports from well-known labs.
