Jerry Ehrenwald heads the NY operation. They have far more than 110 employees just in NYC alone, so the previous posting addresses only the European operation. The exact nature of the US ownership is something I am not privy to.

I believe IGI was founded by 2 guys who are now retired or semi, and they took Jerry on as a partner. The 2 sons and Jerry run the business. So I guess that makes it a family business.
