Robin, so sorry. I had problems with AOL for too long. My only fix was stop using them. They actually fried my hardrive on a computer I had, when trying to load. They are awful, but that's just my $.02! I hope it works out. If not a nice e-mail to AOL, and threatening them to help or you move over to someone else might work...

I have windows ME and I left AOL a long time ago and went to cable cause i've tried everything to fix AOL.Nothing but freezes and very slow downloading .Now that I have cable,I can download in minutes sometimes seconds, depending on how many downloads I have started.Oh? by the way,I'm new to this site and hopefully my friends will join like I did. I'm from the gulf coast.I know I didn't really help you fix your problems but all I can suggest is this, cause this,I am happy with .
