Pictures should be less than 100KB, in GIF or JPG format (preferably optimized for web, 72ppi and not wider than 700 px).

I know I'm probably nuts Leonid, but any way to post spreadsheets (Excel) or to post PDFs...I have some recipes for the Recipes section, and I am lazy to type it all out...
