I need a consensus on which Verragio setting would you prefer. It is a surprise so I really can't ask for my Fiance's opinion, I just know she wants a 3-round stone Verragio setting. She's sort of unusual because she would sacrifice size of diamond for higher grades. So w/ that in mind along w/ a Verragio setting, it will be a chore to fit all of this w/in a $5000+ budget. The centerstone is a .665ct H&A F/VS1 and I found the Verragio Euro Line is designed for stones less than 1ct. The Eur-8002 side stones are .34 cttw and 8003 side stones are .37 cttw. So w/ either one, the total carat weight of the diamonds(including the center stone) will total to at least 1 carat. Thank you in advance for your help. Nalo

I like the Euro8002 as well. That "luminoset" style that Verragio does is very appealing to me. I like how the diamond is showcased and how the prongs seem to be formed from the shank. Seems like it would be very strong. I initially looked at the Verragio settings, but when me and my fiance saw the Vatche RC, that was it for us. I still may get a Verragio at a later time. ![]() Luv

Same here. The 8002 seems less fussy.

I like the 8002 as well -- it's got nice, fluid lines.

I thought I liked the 8002 setting until I tried on the 8003. In person, it is much more fluid and sexy looking than in their rendition. I did find that there is no substitute for trying them on or looking at them in person.
