All,

I found this ring designed by Katharine James but i am looking for additional pictures / designers / ideas. In all of my engagement ring shopping i haven't found anything else like it. I like how the in between the prongs is sort of a flower petal with small diamonds. In my shopping, the prongs are generally a plain 4 or 6 prong setting or overly fancy detailed vintage / antique mount.

Does anyone else have similar styling they could share pictures of?

Thanks

ringhunting,

I'm of no help to you, but I just wanted to say that setting is stunningly gorgeous!  I love it.  Good luck in your search.

Uno mas :) I know these aren't exactly the same, but they remind me of the ring in your pic. BTW, the ring you posted is to die for. Love it.

Saturn jewelers has a similar style, just google "saturn jewelers".

They do an art deco style, and have baskets that feature a similar design.

This one is a personal favorite from them and is $2200 in platinum and $1800 in 18KW for the setting alone (pretty reasonable I think):

The one in your photo is very pretty, but this is not actually an uncommon style -
look at Mark Morell, many of his settings have diamonds in/between the prongs and his work is of highest caliber.

Whiteflash also do a couple variations, such as this "pinnacle"
