I live in Arlington, VA. http://www.exceldiamonds.com/ in NYC diamond district seems to get good reviews but I don't want to have to travel to NYC if there any reputable dealers around the DC area. Let me know. Also looking to compliment the setting with a 1.0 + carat cushion stone. Thx in advance.
