Sure seems like it to me.
Jonathan at Good Old Gold is pretty up-front about identify stones that don't qualify as H&A.

Thanks guys, they look good to me as well. My only concern was the dark lines that seem to extend into the body of the hearts from the V's that makes up the "top" of the hearts.
