The specs are: Weight: 1.64ct GIA certified, quote is at 11,5K. Is this a reasonable choice? Thanks in advance!

I'm not a diamond expert, but I'd say the table is too wide and the depth too shallow. This will allow light to be lost through the pavilion and the stone will not look as good as a well cut one. It will *look* big because of the wide table, but I would look for another. I don't feel it is worth the asking price. Also, a girdle of very thin to slightly thick indicates that there are proportion (cut) issues. The Rodentman |
