Unfortunately she showed up a half an hour late to our meeting (without so much as apologizing or calling to reschedule), and it put me off enough not to use her. But I'm sure that was a fluke thing, and her work is beautiful. I ended up using Michelle Johnson Photography, and loved her. http://michellejohnsonphotography.com/ My sister used Beautiful Day Photography, although they were a little more expensive. http://www.beautifuldayphotography.com/ And, if you have a hefty photography budget, I have a couple of friends who have used Jim Kennedy photograpahy and been pleased. If you use them, I would make sure that Jim takes your actual photos. I love her photojournalistic style and how she is a genius with lighting things. The company that she uses for the albums are awesome too...very high quality. I found her at a bridal show at the convention center. She's out of Torrance. Let me know what you think! 11 days!

She is very professional and makes you feel very comfortable to give your ideas. During the wedding and reception I did not even notice her or her assistant- they were all over the place, yet they were out of the way at all times. She was always early for all of our meetings/ engagement session and finally for our wedding. Her prices were also very reasonable. We interviewed quite a few photographers and dot the sleazy salesman vibe from many... but Josh and Michelle (the owners, who we met with first) were warm and friendly, and didn't try to do any 'convincing' (I hate that). Jessica and Maria were great the day of, I felt like I'd known them forever and they were a blast to shoot with. I am assuming he is WAY out of our budget... but I guess, once again, everything is more expensive in LA so te budget wil be altered AGAIN. ********************** The BIG day...
