Hi All,

I just wanted to share about a great find I made here in Dallas, Texas. I had been searching for somewhere to consign a necklace I had because I didn't want to Ebay it, and someone told me about a little boutique called The Jewel Box. Most of the jewelry is pre-owned, some may be new, but the fine jewelry is all really nice stuff with a good selection of costume and silver jewelry and watches too. I gravitated to the back where they had trays of ruby, sapphire and diamond jewelry marked 50% off. I HAD to layaway a ruby and diamond YG band, a similar sapphire and diamond band, a sapphire eternity band and a .28 ct. oval diamond pendant set in platinum.

I took my loupe to make sure the stones were of good quality and they were. The prices were good too, for example, the sapphire/14K WG eternity band was $150. Once I get everything, I will attempt to take photos, although I am pretty bad at it. Anyway, just wanted you all to know about it. I can see that it will be a place I will visit often to support my jewery habit on a budget! The shop it located in Snider Plaza near Southern Methodist University. Here is the the link, although they don't sell online:  Link

Happy shopping!

I guess those of us from far away need someone local to act as a buyer ;-).

I don't know, autumn, I was in there today and started another layaway. This little "find" is getting expensive. Although not too, since it is all resale. Found a nice marquise diamond for an old setting and a vintage diamond pendant that I can't wait to wear. Love your aqua ring, BTW!!!
