Hello Everyone,

I have a pair of earrings set in 3 prong martini style and the diamonds are .80 each. I was thinking about changing the style of the setting and liked something like the photo I am attaching.

I haven't tried on this style so I'm not sure how it would look, though it looks pretty and always looks good on rings. Have any of you tried something like this and is it a good idea to change the setting into something like this. Also, does anyone have a clue as to where I can find such a setting? Thank you!

maybe you'd be interested in an earrig jacket, this way you get two look. Keep your solitaire setting and see if it will go into a jacket. like this.  for the days you want to up it a bit.

D&T,
Thanks for responding. Hmmm the pave doesn't look as fine but it's a great idea. It says up to a .75 stone, so would a .80 work also?

I'd say give whiteflash a call to confirm, but here is a gal with those jackets from whiteflash. They look great!  and here is the link for her. http://www.pricescope.com/idealbb/view.asp?topicID=75317

WOW! Those pics do look great. They make even .30 -.40 look big(actually perfect size). Do you think .80 would look too big in them?

I don't think it looks bad at all, if anything, a lot of lobe coverage...lol But I would also think it looks more for the dressier days kwim? see if you can get the mm size of them, and maybe draw out on a piece of paper and put it on  your ears with your earrings going through them. Could give you more idea on the size coverage.
