Seamstress in DC/bridal portrait

dboatsupreme Rough Rock Total Posts: 70 Last Post: 7/13/2009 Member Since: 3/9/2009	Hello all! I was wondering if anyone knew a good seamstress with a low to reasonable rate in the DC area. My friend/bridesmaid is freaking out about the alterations, and I am really sorry that I can't be there with her. I thought I could maybe help her out this way... but I need your help! Thank you so much in advance... I really owe you guys. I chose my veil, by the way. I chose this one. AND my bridal portraits are done! Here is a sneak preview. :D
