I've been told it's eye-clean.
It has a US EGL certificate.

What are your thoughts?

Can you get the crown and pavilion angles?  That information is key to helping determine the make of the stone, and the make can affect a diamond's price greatly.

 		The EGL cert should provide crown & pavillion percentages. You should ask for this information. Some percentages are not rounded off on newer certs.
