cocolaw Ideal Rock Total Posts: 1,332 Last Post: 11/22/2009 Member Since: 8/29/2008	i don't really know yet! i was thinking a note, or something..not sure what though! i am going to have each piece wrapped in front each person's plate. everyone is going to have the a piece of pottery, except for my uncle. neat story: my uncle is through marriage-he married my mom's sister (whom i'm named for-we both have a very unique name). so my aunt died of cancer when i was about 4, but my uncle has remained very close with my family. my fiance actually has the same name as my uncle....so my fiance and i are going to be the second set of "suzie and bill" (not our names but you get it)! my aunt was basically his true love so this name thing really gets to him! so he doesn't know this, but my grandmother still has the caketopper (a swan) that was on my aunt and uncle's wedding cake, when they got married twenty something years ago. so i am wrapping up the swan and putting that in front of his plate! i am so excited about the surprise. my father is not in the picture, so my uncle is actually giving me away and we are getting married at his house....it's all pretty neat i think :) but yes-pottery! i wanted something earthy since this is going to be an outdoor big sur wedding!!
