we got the biopsy today

radiantquest Ideal Rock Total Posts: 1,298 Last Post: 11/22/2009 Member Since: 7/20/2008	we were at sinai hospital from 11:30 to 3:30, but we got the biopsy. they said to call on wednesday with the results. that seems soon to me, but that is what the doctor said. he was so great. they took this long hollow needle and pulled about a dozen worm looking pieces of the "mass" out. they then gave my husband 1 stitch for the hole they left. we have a follow-up appt on monday to talk about the results. i am leaning towards benign, but it will be torture to know that it is cancer and not be able to talk to the doctor about it for 4 days. waiting is killing me, but at least we are much closer than we were.

I recommend keeping your mind as clear as possible and being sensitive to intuition and thoughts that come up. I am so glad the Doctor was helpful to you and that you had a good experience.
