How do the following settings differ from one another? -channel setting -eternity setting -pave setting -micropave setting. I can never tell which is which. I appreciate any clarification that you can provide. Jamie

---------------- Channel setting: diamonds or gem stones are set in a channel or groove, like an anniversary band. Eternity ring: the diamonds go all the way around the finger, these can be prong set or channel set. Pave setting: tiny diamonds, prong or bead set (metal pushed over the stones to hold them in, but not in a formal prong structure) in clusters... Micro Pave: we've never distinguished the difference, but we assume that it refers to Pave Set diamonds and is simply a different term... Todd L. Gray, President |
