 		Hello I recently purchased a 1.52 carat stone from dirtcheapdiamonds. I must say josh, jen and Jim have been great so far. The stone was set in a platinum contour ring v-tip setting by ansleys jewelers. Got the ring and my fiancé loves it beautiful stone which appraised even better than the gia report. The problem is the setting has raised prongs has been catching on everything and has loosened. Can this be tightened down or does the setting need to be completely done over?

 		Don't know about the tightening exactly, but I do know you want to have it looked at by a pro! My wife lost the stone out of her ring.
