Help! I have a rectangular radiant-cut diamond that measures 8.17mm x 6.1mm, and I want to set it sideways (east-west) in a trellis-style platinum setting. What size setting should I go for?? I've seen these semi-mounts made for "1.5 carat" or "2 carat" square stones, but not sure what the actual measurements for these would be, or which size would look better with my particular measurements. Any ideas? Thanks!

Hi Kearns: Vatche will adjust the head of the X-prong to fit your diamond. However they will charge extra and it may delay the delivery date. I'll check into it for you in the a.m. LesleyH www.whiteflash.com Director of Sales at Whiteflash from 2000-2008 |
