 		New here, first post... been reading up on the 4Cs and playing with HCA#s for a few weeks (driving myself NUTS trying to find a nice diamond)....

Found this on Blue Nile

Plugged the Above into HCA and got a 1 Everything excellent except pread which was very good

I've looked on Whiteflash and James Allen and understand they have better Customer service and an upgrade Policy which BN does not...Also BN does not provide any ASET or Idealscope images or any other such supplementary reports.

What do the PS regulars think of this and do you have any suggestions on comparable diamonds from WF and JA among other sites?

SHould I buy the diamond and have it shipped to NYC to get it appraised and tests run then send it back to get it set? (my GF has size 4.25-4.5 fingers and is very Petite so she likes their Petite Trellis setting in Platinum)

I understand I could get a larger diamond and still get Eye clean ( at least VS2) but would prefer Mind clean for myself and my future In-laws approval.

Any help is very much appreciated!!!

 		Looks good.

Just so you know, IF is only graded at 10X mag, so if you go up in mag power, you will likely to see flaws, all crystal have them.

 		Well it looks great from the info given, I would get an appraisal during the return period to make absolutely sure.  That way they can run tests and get ASET and or Idealscope images for you if they have access to these tools, so you can feel confident with your purchase.

I like the symbolizm of your IF clarity also, good for you for going mind clean!

Looks good.
BN will not give you ideal-scope images etc but those propo's are pretty well 100% safe.
