In order to be deemed hearts and arrows, the stone must display these characteristics when viewed from the top (arrows) and bottom (hearts). Many stones have some appearance of hearts and arrows, but if an angle is off here or the symmetry isn't right, then it won't get the classification. It can still be a lovely stone. See here for more information: http://diamonds.pricescope.com/hna.asp

Have you seen this stone in person? We can't really tell you why a particular stone is or isn't H&S without the correct kind of images.

Ditto phoenixgirl.  There are H&A diamonds that do not have exceptional light performance, since H&A measures optical symmetry, not all the variables of cut quality.  There are also many diamonds available that earn the highest rating for light performance, but just don't show complete H&A in the viewers.   This is probably one of those--the numbers are really good for light performance and AGS gives it the highest rating.

Any of my opinions are worth exactly what you paid for them.

Thritto PG!

The diamond has good proportions, if you are interested see if you can get an Idealscope image for it by asking the vendor.
