What's wrong with me, my taste in rings?

yingh Ideal Rock Total Posts: 893 Last Post: 11/20/2009 Member Since: 1/14/2004	I wonder what is wrong with me recently? I have ordered three two-tone rings in a row. My style use to be semi-contemporary with clean lines, now ring have to involve a diamond halo. This is the latest arrival for my madarin spess. Three years ago I would have called this combo 'hideous'. Now I am seriously considering wearing it Seriously, please tell me what do you think, yay or nay? This is the biggest ring I've built so far.

It's still really lovely though. Beautiful rock, and there's nothing wrong with halos. I'm kind of addicted to them myself. ETA: Now that I see it up close, I see it has a yellow gold head. Much nicer in the up close pics. I think it's beautiful

I'm ordering an 18K yellow gold ring for one of my cuprians from LOGR, so we'll see how it turns out. I think the higher warmer karat gold will look good with the cuprian, but we'll see. Your ring is really beautiful Yingh. Question? Since you have so many gorgeous rings, how do you figure out what to wear each day? I would have to wear them all - LOL!!

The spess has stayed in the box for way too long (about 5 years!) packrat, funny you mention it since I felt it looks like Eye of Sauron from Lord of the Ring too! TL, to answer your question - I always wear my diamond ring on my left hand, and for my right hand I choose one of the color stone rings. I try to match my outfit, or my mood I try not to wear more than two types of jewelries, so I will only wear earrings or my pendant, when I am wearing two rings already. Just try to stay low key. I hope my boss never notices my jewelries, but apparently he does. So I hope he won't remember my jewelries, especially during bonus allocation time

The size and shocking colour of the spesaritite make me self conscious during meetings, so I keep my hands under the table. However, since it glows well under dim lighting, I have a fun time playing with it under the table as well.
