So that entire plane over NYC thing got me thinking - that the person who approved that little stunt really wasn't. What a bright idea - let's fly a plane low over NYC for a photo op!  Have you ever had a "bright" idea that really ended up being as bright as power outage?

OMG, I can just imagine their panic... They said they did send communication to someone at the mayor's office, but he was not alerted about the communication. People are mad and heads will probably roll.  And people can vent about the bright idea in question or talk about their own. I never mind a good threadjack.

I had a bright idea one time to do a craft demo of a DIY rain cape for kids using the cool jelly plastic that was popular at the time. Only we prepped it in clear vinyl. That's right -- a craft demo on an INVISIBLE item. Wonder Woman plane invisible. Greaaat Television was made that day.
