Help with Any Feedback on Tycoon Jewelers????

Not on their Tycoon cut but just on their reputation in general. I'm looking to make a fairly large purchase and don't know a whole lot about them. They tell me they are widely known with GIA and the industry as a wholesaler supplying many other jewelery stores themselves. Thank you in advance for any feedback you could share. Lori
