Mine is avocado's.  I can't get enough of that stuff.  I know they're high in cholesterol and my DR tells me that I can't "indulge" everyday but I just can't give them up!

I also like chocolate (no surprise there!), but I can go for days or even weeks without any chocolate, whereas I can't avocado.

What's yours?

My guilty pleasure is gossip magazines. Us Weekly, People, Life & Style, In Touch. I know the stuff in there isn't quite accurate but I love looking at celebs having rough times, the beautiful jewels and clothes, purses I'd never be able to afford in a million lifetimes. They've raised the prices of the magazines so I keep saying I'll give them all up.....

I really really try to limit myself to one now and then. I said I "TRY", I don't always succeed. My husband says it's better than buying cigarettes so I shouldn't worry about my addiction or um, guilty pleasure. However, all those $3.99's really add up and it's mindless fluff I'm reading that half of it isn't true...Must Stop...I love avocados too but I consider those healthy :)

At the moment mine are Carrs water crackers with philadelphia extra light. I just cannot get enough of them. I do love gossip magazines too and I love to read them in bed with a cup of tea.

Guilty pleasure... hmmm...
Can't think of any right now, is that because all my pleasrues are guilty, or because I have no pleasure? Or no guilt???!

Thickened cream is a guilty pleasure. I just had a chocolate brownie, with a big dollop of the stuff.

The brownie was a one-off, I don't have them regularly... but the thickened cream! I love it on fruit and would have it daily if nobody was watching!

Other than that (non-food related) it would have to be spending too long on the computer, while my 'other jobs' pile up!!!

And then a plank in reason broke... Emily Dickinson

i'm not especially fond of chocolate, nor do i like icecream....

however....

i LOVE fresh cream cake. a really fresh, white sponge layered with heavy whipped fresh cream and strawberry preserves, or lemon curd. or both! oh man... i CANT say no to that.

my all time favorite cake: thin layers of fresh sponge, alternately layered with passionfruit curd and heavy fresh whipped cream.

seriously - died and gone to heaven.

and i can't walk past a hot roast leg of lamb - but i think that's an australian thing. i could come back from the dead for a lamb roast....

if you made me a lamb roast AND a fresh cream cake, i would die and go to heaven - then come back from the dead!!

that meal just gets me comin' and goin'...

I have too many guilty pleasures! Here are a few that I never have in the house (and for good reason):

Doritos
pepperoni pizza (any pizza, actually, but my all time favorite guilty pleasure pizza is pepperoni)
brownie or cake mix/ingredients (really, just about any baked goods)
People magazine

Phoenix -- I love avocados too.

I don't usually feel guility about what I eat.

I do love weddings and engagement rings. I always stop to look in the windows at dress shops and jewellery stores.

Phoenix, my mum makes this awesome avocado spread - smushed avocado with a tiny bit of HP sauce and balsamic vinegar, and she puts it on rye or sourdough bread. I also consider avocados very healthy actually. They are great for the skin and hair.

My guilty pleasures are:
too much internet surfing
the Bachelor
"In Touch" mag and the like
sour and sweet candies from the gas station
lattes with whipped cream, caramel drizzle and chocolate shavings
Bacon
Pickles

Ooooohhhh, you ladies are making me salivate!!!  Yummmmmm!!!!

Kimberly, I may very well do that, at the rate I eat avocados, I'll need to eat them out of a tree, he he!

Niccia, that sounds really yummo, I may try that.

Yeah, I don't care what the Dr says.  In fact, hubby tells me I can't eat too many of them avocados but I keep telling him they're healthy.  In fact, I've just had one!

My mornings on pricescope. I could be getting other stuff done, but HEY I work til almost 10:00 every night. So I'm not giving it up!

Food wise---- oh man. There are WAY too many to list. I hear you on the avocados. I love them too. But I think for me it's more realistic to just say food in general!
