I have been browsing engagement ring solitaires What are the most recommended online vendors and can anyone point me in the right direction of some solitaire pictures, or post yours... Approximately 1.15- 1.50 well any size really!

Thanks! The setting is Leo Ingwer 4-prong Airline setting (although they may have changed the name). I LOVE it! The diamond sits up very high, which I really like, but I know some people don't like that because it is easy to knock things with it :) I think the width is about 2.5 mm. They also make the same design with 6 prongs. I am a little nervous about my wedding band eating into the prongs bc the part under the prongs is not as thick as the rest of the band, but I will have to see when I get it. I will post picks on the 2 rings together when I get it!

I have seen a lot of solitares similar to this, though, so I'm sure someone else makes it, too.

Here is my 1.35 in a Stuller setting. I don't know what the setting was called, but I had it shaved down and re-shpaed anyway so it won't look the same as it did originally. Whiteflash recut the stone for me and put a lower sitting platinum head on it. I can't recommend them enough!

And here's a profile shot. Mine still sits up pretty high too, but I really think it makes the 1.35 diamond look bigger so I kind of prefer it that way. The diamond seems to really POP!!
