That it was a beautiful day with the spring blossoms finally coming out set off by the snow-capped mountains. 2. That I've lost 10 pounds. 3. That I have a great husband and family. 4. That I have a really good job. 5. That my dog is always happy and ready to go. HATING: 1. That my husband's cancer has returned. 2. That my mother has Alzheimer's. 3. That I lost 5 of those pounds from a nasty bout of food poisoning. 4. That I fainted from dehydration due to the food poisoning and fell in the worst possible spot - tile floor next to wood stairs. Major ouch. I think those 4 are enough. I'd rather concentrate on the 5 good ones. You will do foolish things, but do them with enthusiasm. - Collette

At least to me. Since I was teased with 70 degree weather on Saturday.

As for the food poisoning and fall: please recover quickly and drink plenty of fluids. Pedialyte saved my life the last time I had FP.
