We have our date and a venue booked! |

WE DID IT! We booked a venue and now have our date!!! We are getting married on the 04/12/2010 with a reception at the Royal Motor Yacht Club, Point Piper. We are both so excited, on the way home yesterday our mouths were going 100 miles an hour with all the ideas we have. We are having a bit of an untraditional wedding because we are both so young and aren't to fussed on alot of the formalities. So we will be having a roving reception. Around the room there will be cafe' tables, high bar cocktail tables and white leather ottomans. There will be heaps of flowers, cushions and gorgeous mood lighting! There will also be a dumpling station which turns in to a gelato station after speeches. The Gelato is from Messina in Darlinghurst and in my opinion is the best in Sydney! We will also be having a glow bar which will serve standard beverages plus cocktails matching our colour scheme  It feels like it is all happening now!!! It's gorgeous, Danielle. What a beautiful view! Congratulations on picking a date and venue ... How exciting! No wonder you guys are going a mile a minute. Your ideas sound terrific and perfect for a more modern wedding. Yay ... that's a big CHECK off of your list.... actually two! Date & venue. Woohoo!
