POLL: What is your planned honeymoon destination?

Okay--per request...what is your planned honeymoon destination OR where did you honeymoon if your wedding has aleady passed. For those in the planning stages, this may be everchanging or you may just be thinking about it, but what is your plan!

For those who already went on their honeymoon, how was it??

So many choices, so little time....I am sure I didn't catch all of them even though I tried to get pretty specific....if you vote OTHER, please note where in a post response.

bling Cut Rock Total Posts: 487 Last Post: 5/17/2005 Member Since: 4/17/2003	goin' to Japan! we are actually budgeting the wedding so we can spend more money on the honeymoon. my fiance has never been there and this will probably be the last time well get to go for a while..so its off to shop till we drop..or go broke..hahaha..just kidding. but we are looking forward to it. neither of us are really ones to relax on a beach..not that that doesnt sound fantastic..but wed like to do something more active. plus, since were marrying in hawaii..well have a short while to get the beautiful beach part out of our systems!

The trip was around the world, and since it's rather hard to top that, we opted to have a relaxing honeymoon, in, of all places, the Poconos, yup, honeymoon haven. We actually had a grand time, having also traveled to the 4 corners, and the Dakotas, Wyoming, Nebraska and Montana before we were wed. Food was great, accomodations super, and we kept busy and still correspond with others we met. Can't' ask for much more than that! win "... It was cheap, top notch, clean and fun. All food was great and they had a casino and nightly vegas style shows. Also had a disco which we visited one night, but we're not dancing people. We stayed at all-inclusive adults only Secrets Excellence and only paid $1200/pp including air-fare from Chicago. We had a blast and got lots of sun.

Dreaming of the crystal clear turquoise water surrounding the over-the-water bungalows in Bora Bora. That's where hopefully we'll go for our honeymoon (depends on our budget...).
