Which would you pick? 1.27 G VS2 or 1.35 F SI1

CPF0RY0U Rough Rock Total Posts: 26 Last Post: 10/5/2009 Member Since: 10/30/2008	I'm having a hard time choosing between these two wonderful diamonds. Diamond 1: Carat: 1.27 Color: G Clarity: VS2 Cut: AGS Ideal 0 Diamond 2: Carat: 1.35 Color: F Clarity: SI1 Cut: AGS Ideal 0 Both both diamonds are eye clean. Both diamonds have less than 2.0 on the HCA. Both diamonds are H&A diamonds. The 1.35 F SI1 is $140 more, although for the amount I'd be paying for one of these two diamonds, $140 is almost negligible. The setting I will be choosing has G Color diamonds on it.

If performance is the same, then I'd lean towards Diamond #2...only reason I'd take Diamond #1 is if #2 is not eye-clean to satisfaction.
