I bought a mantilla, lace cathedral length veil, but it overtook my dress...so I sold it yesterday. Help me find a veil! I don't know if I want long or elbow length. My first inclination is towards long (cathedral), but are those still in style? Most pictures I see are shorter veils. I don't know if I want poofy, single layer????? I'm so lost. Thank you girls so much in advance!!!!

Personally, I love chapel length veils. They are still long but not as long as the cathedral length. I wish my dress 'suited' a chapel length veil.  I'd also go with one layer.

Is there any way you could try some different styles on with your dress, or with a similar style dress? I feel like its very individual what looks good on you and what you prefer, so I'd try to get a sense by trying them on if you possibly can.
