After receiving helpful advice through this forum I contacted Tiffany's to see what they could do for me. I am glad to report that despite being 11 months from the date of purchase, Tiffany's was very accomodating and held up the superior service most of their customers have come to expect. Thanks to John and others who posted helpful advice. Best regards, Albert
