According to what I've read, blue fluorescence can increase the "whiteness" of a lower colored diamond. However, is that always the case? Are there factors that can impact the influence of fluorescence? For example, would a stone that's not ideally cut be affected the same as an ideally cut stone?

If I understand what you are asking correctly, it is reasonable to assume that an extra degree of whiteness would occur in a lesser cut diamond with fluorescence which is significant enough to have this effect such as medium blue and up.  But from the teaching here, great cut quality can also help a lower colour diamond face up whiter, possibly coupled with fluorescence could theoretically help even more but I would be interested to hear what the experts have to say from their experience.

Nothing is more sacred as the bond between horse and rider...no other creature can ever become so emotionally close to a human as a horse. When a horse dies, the memory lives on because an enormous part of his owner's heart, soul, very existence dies also...but that can never be laid to rest, it is not meant to be...
