Okay, you have a BIG style differential going on with those choices!

To be able to answer, first we need to know what her engagement ring and wedding band look like...sleek and modern, traditional solitaire, antique; white gold, platinum, or yellow gold?

Does your wife already have diamond studs? The price range of the ones you listed was around $1500 to $2000. You could get a great pair of studs for that price.
I know I personally would want something more classic and something I could wear 20 years from now and have great memories of getting for my 1st anniversary.

But if your wife already has studs and/or a ton of jewelry already then there is nothing wrong with going with something more unique like the ones you listed. If I had to choose, I like the Bev K ruby and diamond earrings the best.  But it also depends on your wifes style. Does she wear silver/white gold/platinum or does she like yellow gold? Is she into the modern look like the first pair mentioned or does she like more delicate pieces of jewelry?

I would go for studs as my first pick (unless she has them already).

I agree with the others, diamond studs if she doesnt have them and the Bev K if she does.

~~~Thanks to PS, my wants far exceed my budget!~~~
I say studs first but if she already has them, then these:
but from your choices, I like the last one... the beverly K's.
Ditto....that's why I asked about her rings. Only the Beverley K ones would look good with her rings.  And a pair of classic round studs would absolutely be my first choice if she doesn't already have some.  My second choice would probably be diamond hoops in white gold.
Ditto on the studs!
From Pearlman's http://www.pearlmansjewelers.com/jewelry-designers/pearlmans-collection/earrings/34EE2/
You'd need to call for accurate pricing, choose diamonds etc.
I'd also consider these from WF (These are their expert selection ready to go studs, you could also contact them and pick your own diamonds):
http://www.whiteflash.com/Fine-jewelry/Diamond_Studs/3-prong--Martini--Diamond-Earrings--READY-SET-TO-GO_1206.htm
http://www.whiteflash.com/Fine-jewelry/Diamond_Studs/Handmade-Full-Bezel-Diamond-Earrings--Ready-Set-To-Go-_1224.htm
The 3 prong martini's are more of a traditional look, with the bezels being more modern.
They are great, but for the price you can do much better (BIGGER!) unless the Tiffany name is important to her.
Check out these instead:
Wow.  Not much in the original post is my style.  (I'm 30 btw if age matters)  But I like the last ones - the Bev K the best.  I wouldn't be unhappy if I got those.
As for the studs I really like the ones from Whiteflash! Totally timeless there.
