Hi everyone! I'm looking to set a colored stone (a blue spinel) in a white gold trellis setting. I'm hoping to keep this on the inexpensive side, since I'm a bit over budget at the moment with various other projects (say under $600, less is better). I've found a couple: Tiffany Inspired Trellis from Excel Diamonds Cross Prong from James Allen I was hoping you guys could point me towards other vendors/other trellis settings that are on the inexpensive side. Thank you in advance! ********************** |

Unique Settings of New York. My original setting for my asscher was their X-prong for 4 years. Great setting, never had a problem with it. Very affordable. Get it through any jeweler... Wink is great at setting colored stones, I'm sure GOG could get it for you, I think I remember that you are in NY or close. You just need someone who is willing and able to polish the heck out of the casting it to finish it... it's like Adwar. Any of our PS jewelers can do that for you. I bet it's less than 600 too in 14K WG. http://www.uniquesettings.com/

A couple of PSer's have bought from this ebay store and have been really happy. They can make this setting for different size/shape stones as well as in 14k/18k white gold or platinum. http://cgi.ebay.com/14k-W-TRELLIS-DIAMOND-RING-SETTING-AS015-RD_W0QQitemZ220296941601QQihZ012QQcategoryZ164309QQtcZphotoQQcmdZViewItemQQ_trksidZp1742.m153.l1262
