I know it is I1 and I am going to call to see if it is "eye clear" but besides that does this look like an alright diamond to be looking at; I seem to be leaning towrds the solasfera a little more because of It's "bling" potential lol! Thanks in advance for the advice everyone!

If you like the Solasfera and this one is eyeclean to your standards then it is definitely worth considering.

Thanks Lorelei! One quick question I been studying up on the solasfera and is it true that it might look a little cramped the cuts that is when the size is smaller in this case this .87 carat diamond? When i look at the wf aca and the solasfera what would be the big or stark differences in these two diamonds because that's what I have been looking at?

The diamond itself is beautiful, and I'd trust GOG's opinion on how eye clean it is.

Most welcome!

As to the differences between Solasfera and an ACA, I will quote this sentence from my friend Miss Ellen from another thread "It is a modern cut ( Solasfera), but it has a different personality. They have a broader, more noticeable on/off flash/scintillation, and broader dispersion, especially in low lighting. Some love them, some don't. They need to be seen."

The ACA or GOG's top cut diamonds might have the best visual balance perhaps, whereas the Solasfera offers a different personality as above.  If you check out the video page on GOG's website, Jon might have some videos up with Solasfera you can watch to get a better idea.

Good Old Gold will have traditional hearts and arrows cuts (like the ACA) that you can compare that stone to.  He may even have video already that does so.

~~~ When in doubt...don't.~~~
Jon does have a video comparing the Solasfera to traditional Hearts & Arrows as well as some of the other branded rounds he sells - its a really interesting video to watch, I highly recommend looking it up on his site.
I actually called them several months ago asking about the same diamond and whether it was eye clean. I can't remember specifically who it was I spoke to.. She said that the flaw was visible on the table of the diamond if you looked at it from kind of an angle. BUT she said it wasn't too bad, and could only be seen from a certain angle - and the flaw itself was a white feather/crystal and not a black spot.
Who knows - I think it's one of those stones where you have to see for yourself to make sure it wouldn't drive you crazy. And if I lived anywhere near them I woulda been there to see for myself a LONNNNG time ago!! :)
As far as the Solasfera stones in general go, I've seen them in real life at a local jeweler and I was literally mesmerized into speechlessness.
They don't seem to be too popular on PS, but I was **extremely** impressed and the stones really spoke to me...
The BF already knows to get a Solasfera from GOG when it's time to buy my ring
GOG has a TON of videos set up on vimeo.com (which you can link thru the GOG site)
he has 4 videos specifically on the Solasfera here's a link (hopefully i'm allowed to post this)
