They should know what they're selling, but the truth is that most people (yup, even jewelry vendors out there ) don't know/care NEAR enough about diamonds/gemstones/jewelry as much as we PSers do! (Big surprise )

I especially love it when they stuff like VVS2 (eye clean) or H-L color... Wow! Well, is it a H or a L?!?! That's a pretty big spread!!
