Has anyone dealt with NASR Jewelers? We were in there today and got a price quote for a platinum 2 carat total weight at $7K. THe solitaire is 1.01 carats and SI1 and F and there are also 10 princess cut channel sets on sides for another carat. Is price good for this ring? Thanks

You need to give more information on the center stone like the GIA or similar numbers on table, depth etc as well as crown and pav angle in order for anyone to be able to advise you on whether or not the deal is good--cuts of stones make a difference in pricing.
The price sounds like it could be good, but depends on the cut of the stone, also are the side princesses well cut? Normally princess stones aren't..you really have to look to find a good one, so chances are the side stones won't be exceptional. So I wouldn't expect those to cost alot of extra $$..in which case if you were spending something like $5,500 on the center stone and $1,500 for the setting including side stones...the center stone sounds like it could be a little expensive, though it is from a B&M. Depends on cut though.
Also if you post this over in the RockyTalky forum you'd probably get more responses than here...people just post ring pictures in this area.
Good luck!
