Hey, I am in the market for an engagement ring for my girlfriend right now, but I don't really know where to start. She has told me what kind of ring she wants and what style she likes, but that is about as far as we have gone. I know she wants a Halo setting ring that has a little bit of an antique feel to it at the same time...so my question is, where should I start looking? if there are maybe some good websites you have found, please do share and I would love to here your suggestions on this. Thanks again and I look forward to hearing back from you all! -Alex- |

You might want to browse through the Show Me the Ring threads (under the FORUMS tab). You can search "halo" and see what others have bought. It's always good to see what rings look like on a finger.

This is one of my favorites. http://www.pricescope.com/idealbb/view.asp?topicID=93341 And here's a thread full of halo's, not sure how many are antique though. Also, as someone else suggested, take a peek in the Engagement ring thread. ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ |
