According to Rapaport Diamond Report(tm) E-VVS2 should cost a bit less than F-VVS1 for carat ranges 0.7-1.99. For less than 0.7crt they should cost the same. For more than 2crt E-VVS2 should cost a bit more. Note, this is only a theory. Pricescope |
