Several months ago, I wandered into the Colored Stones forum. It''s a dangerous place
 I was looking for a stone that would look good with my emerald ring, but I didn''t want the buy another emerald. Several posters recommended that I consider a tsavorite. I quickly fell in love with them. I asked Gene at Precison Gem to custom cut a tsavorite for me. I thought about what I wanted do with it and decided to send it to Brian Gavin. We had a number of discussions about the design and then the pendant was made. I received it yesterday. It is just what I wanted. I''m thrilled with it. Outstanding Pendant! Beautiful Stone! When I saw your first post of the stone not set, I knew it had to be Gene''s and than I read your thread. Some may disagree, but I believe certain cutters have a "signature" after you see a lot of their stones as far as cut style and shape. It looks great around your kneck!

Many thanks to susimoo, amethystguy and Lauren. I was very pleased with the stone, when I received it from Gene. The color was spot on for me. Brian gave me the setting that I described, down to the last detail. A custom cut stone with a custom made pendant...this was a first for me. I appreciate all your very kind comments

When you posted the first photo of the stone all I could see was your beautiful wedding set.. then my eyes moved down and I saw your beautiful stone!! I am getting DESPERATE for a green stone! I think you have the perfect setting for your tsav and it looks gorgeous on you! Enjoy wearing all your beauties!
