Vatche Caroline Close-up

Hello Everyone,

I am trying to figure out what I like, and I''m thinking the Caroline. I saw a couple of threads here postin pics. from other sites. I am not sure about the diamond detail on the basket. It''s called pave, which I don''t like, but may have a different idea of what it is than what it appears to be on this ring.

It looks like three little stones on each side, rather than three little clusters of stones on each side. Am I making any sense?

Anyone have a close up showing this detail?
