"Well here it is...enjoy the eye candy. I will post more/better pictures when I get them. "
CONGRATS STU! Glad everything worked out well - looks breathtaking!
Although... I doubt you even need to post more - looks like we got all the EYE CANDY we can handle right there!
If all goes as planned I will be engaged 2 weeks from now (May 1st...afternoon)
It's really fun to take pictures of the ring. I am really into photography, but this is an interesting subject. Its kind of like taking portraits of little kids...right when you think you have the perfect shot, the light changes in the slightest, and the amazing fire changes to a shimmer...Good thing I have the IBM 1GB Microdrive for my camera...over 1000 high res can fit on there
Thanks all...I was a bit disappointed in some of the pictures
but I guess I did pretty good.
Tarams,
It's actually a semi-bezel setting. My (soon to be) fiance wears jewelry very hard, so I went with that kind of protection.
Mara,
I would take pictures for you any day! You have been one of the most helpful people on this forum. Believe it or not, all of those pictures are just done in my hotel room with the lights available at a Residence Inn
. I can't wait to be at my parents house this weekend and have access to some better lamps. (Like I said, its a fun subject to shoot).
