Slider bezel pendant question

Does anyone have a slider bezel pendant where the chain can be removed, other than the BGD Barbara? I want to be able to use the chain with other pendants. My stone is 5 mm. I''m wondering if my only option is custom work, or if the opening in a standard bezel like Stuller can be enlarged?

Thanks Katie! I love your pendant in the martini setting. Ideally, I''d like a 3-prong basket with the chain going through one of the prongs so it looks like a trillion, but my stone is not very big and a bezel would add some size. I prefer the thinner bezel too but maybe this one will work fine.
