If you're feeling blue and a little envious, take the Greenish Blue one.
If you're seething with jealously, take the pure Green one.
If you're feeling that everyone on the planet is equally entitled to FCDs, take the Red one.
If you're feeling cowardly, take the Yellow one.
If you're feeling gay, take the Purplish Pink one.
If you're feeling a little old and crave some retro 1960s chewing gum, take the Grayish Violet one.

... and if you're feel like yelling English loudly and slowly at people who don't speak English so they'll understand better, take the White one.

Well since you are a professional maybe you can help us.

Do FCDs have side effects?
Do you feel health insurance companies should cover the cost of FCDs, and what should the copay be?
Does combining alcohol and an Internet connection result in FCDAS, the dreaded Fancy Colored Diamond Acquisition Syndrome?
Do patients build up a tolerance and need ever-higher color saturation to prevent withdrawal symptoms?

And most importantly, ... , Does the medical community foresee a cure for FCDAS?

Hmm- I think i will take one of each and some maxalon to help with the dizziness. Of course al this washes down nicely with a glass of verve cliquo!!!!

Do FCDs have side effects? Feelings of awesomeness, possible blindness, and couch diving (for those extra pennies)
Do you feel health insurance companies should cover the cost of FCDs, and what should the copay be? Depends on your insurance. Most likely it will require some sort of authorization from your local gemologist in order for them to cover the cost of FCD, and even if they do cover it you will end up having a very high copay. That is the price to pay for these unfortunate FCD because you can become dependent on them quite quickly.
Does combining alcohol and an Internet connection result in FCDAS, the dreaded Fancy Colored Diamond Acquisition Syndrome? Exponentially so. Please consume alcohol in moderation.
Do patients build up a tolerance and need ever-higher color saturation to prevent withdrawal symptoms? This is quite definitely a possibility. Some people may be able to become completely treated with small doses but people vary

And most importantly, ... , Does the medical community foresee a cure for FCDAS?

There is no cure. Only treatment is more FCD! Embrace your disease

This room has poor lighting so the poor FCDs aren't too sparkly here. Alas my two lonly stones pale in comparison to Kenny's awesome collection.
0.56 ct fancy yellow orange
0.27 ct fancy intense purplish pink

Other than the typical halo, is there any other way to set these tiny beauties? I'm burnt out on halos but on the other hand, FCDs look magnificent in halos.

Kenny, I'm not feeling well....I think I need the whole bottle.

It is amazing that it really looks like they are spilling out from the bottle, you set it up so perfectly.

Everything was static on a flat clear surface.
The camera was tilted to the left to make it look like the medicine bottle was tilted down to the right.
Getting the Yellowish Orange Pear to be partly on the bottle took the most time; I don't like to use wax to hold things in place since it's hard to clean off the diamonds.

I'd never let my babies toss around and scratch each other.

There's nothing quite like an fcd! I'm very partial to my blue. But I also really love my pinks. And well, the red one! I find the warm colours do better in sunlight than the blues.

But yes, it sparkles. It is a diamond! I've got a blue pear that's way more sparkly though. Positively scintillates! And oddly enough, it's only an I1. Is it possible not all inclusions are evil?

This afternoon I was walking my dog out in the glorious sunshine and my ring kept catching my eye. So I snapped a few shots.

Just out of curiosity, are your colored stones mined or created? The haloed blue stone (your engagement ring?) reminds me of a DNEA stone. It has that beautiful, specific hue that I've seen in their stones.

Good eye. All my fcds are from D.NEA! I'm becoming one of Eric's regular customers. In fact my halo is on their website.

I have a pair of vivid blue studs that are even bluer than my ring! Although in today's shots it looks a little too blue. IRL, my stone looks nothing like a swimming pool. It's very much sky blue.
