Sapphire & Diamond Band by DK

I received my first photos of my sapphire and diamond band. It is 14k wg with a palladium alloy, .43ctw rounds, g/vs diamonds and .95ctw marquise sapphires. There are 7 of each stone and the ring is a size 7. I asked for it to be 3mm wide and 2mm high so it would play nice with my other bands and eternity ring. After my concern about the first sapphires he sourced, DK found some with a better color. I know that irl they will be darker than they appear in the photos.

I missed the Wed email so it didn't ship until Thurs, bummer. Now I have to wait until Mon for delivery. Thanks again for your input on the palladium alloy. I'm excited to see what it looks like stacked with my eternity.

Here are some photos of different combinations. The sapphires are a lot darker when the band is on but I was expecting that. The pretty blue does show up in a few pics but they are mostly navy IRL. The diamonds are very pretty and a love the milgrain. I'm a little sad that the proportion is off a bit so I don't think it looks right with my eternity (20 ptrs). The new band looks very pretty with my little pave eternity and wedding band. I have a small graduated 7 stone that it looks good with too. Let's see how many photos I can upload.

Thank you! I think the problem is that the band is too low. I wanted it over 2mm and the cad said it would be 2.2mm high. When I measured with my calipers it comes in just above 1.75mm.

I just wanted to add that my eternity was bought preloved too. It was a size 6, I had it bumped up to a 6.5 and added the bezeled yogo sapphire. It was still a little snug in the summer so I had DK shave off a little inside and he was able to get it to a 7 which makes stacking so much easier. The ring was originally made by IDJ. It goes to show that it was made well the first time for it to stand up to 2 major alterations with out sacrificing the integrity of the ring and the safety of the diamonds.
