You know the story behind this second/alternate set. So I won't go into that again . Here are some pictures I've taken of the rings that make up my new wedding set. I liked the high polish so very much on this e-ring and diamond wedding band, that I ordered myself a high polished plain 3mm comfort fit band to wear as an alternate to the little hand engraved band. It hasn't arrived yet. Whe it gets here, I'll take some more pictures. I'm also going to take some shots outside today to catch the incredible sparkle in these diamonds.

The packaging was so pretty. It was a nice presentation.

Once I opened the box, I put them on my finger. My photo skills have diminished somewhat. I haven't taken any pictures in quite some time and my macro skills leave much to be desired.

The hunkiness of the e-ring mounting. I absolutely *love* it!

The beauty of well done high polishing. The shanks are around 2.7 mm and 2.8 mm. Love.them! I can't wait until the high polished little wedding band gets here! It will be 3mm.

The diamond band maxxes out the space from finger to finger. I'm a size 6, and the ring is a nine stone made up of .085 pointers. for a total of .76 pts.

And the set...... Today the diamond band goes back to I.D. for a tweek on the sizing and for end caps, so I don't feel the pinch of prongs. It will be back very soon. It has to be. I'm having my last surgery in a little over a week.

No, the engraved band is from Aurell. They don't stock them, they make them to order. I thought that was cool!

Beautiful!!!! I've been eying erings from IDJewelry for a while now and seeing yours is so nice! I also love the diamond band! It looks like an eternity, did you order it exactly to that size to achieve that look or is it a stocked piece? Also, do either the e-ring or diamond band spin? I have spinning problems w/my rings and that's part of my reason for wanting an eternity. Best wishes on your surgery I hope that it goes well and you are healing quickly.

Again, they are beautiful gemgirl. I love the look of the shared prong. I got a quote from them on a 7 stone 15 pointers which
was a good price. I dont need to order the ring until mid Aug and prices may (probably will ) go up by then. I may have to drop
the diamond sizes but I like the look of yours and may head that direction instead.

Best of luck with your last surgery. Fingers crossed that all goes well!

Edit - I keep calling it shared prong and I know its not shared prong!

One more question...is your diamond band a 9 stone?
