My Mom''s Oval

Alright...so last time my parents came for a visit, I hijacked my mom's ering and band and took some pics. The ering and the band were an upgrade from her original.

Here are the specs I know...

2.2 Carats...

That's about it...

Pretty. The size of ovals is large compared to other diamond shapes (i.e. a 1 ct. oval is bigger size-wise than a 1 ct. round).

If memory serves, her old ering was under a 1/2 carat...so she was surprised to say the least...she wasn''t expecting it all...she''s had the new ring for several years...before I got engaged, I''d wear it everytime I went home to visit. Just for fun...
