mismatched halo/center stone

hi everyone! we have seen some amazing halos on this site and each one is more gorgeous than the next! I was wondering though, how many have seen/would like to have a halo that is shaped differently from the center stone?

for example: RB Center stone with a square/rectangular halo? i have an RB center stone and wanted to see how it would appear if I made a more ''cushion style'' halo around it instead of the default round halo..

Please post pictures if you have any as I would love to see some of these designs!

Hi! There is one person here, who has a octaganol halo with a round diamond ( it could be the other way around). However, I am certain that it is a Leon Mege creation. It is gorgeous. Geesh, I wish I remembered her screen name, but I do know she has a cute little dog as her avatar.

I hate to post this and not remember a name, but someone here might.... she got engaged a few months ago and her ring was a round halo with a champagne-colored pear diamond over it. VERY different... I''ll see if I can find it...

This is the link to my E Ring..It is a RB 1.40 G VS2 and the setting is 1.44tcw...I am preggo now, so sadly it is too tight to wear!! I am so sad not to be able to wear it!!
