I did a little photo shoot yesterday...

First up pics of my 1.43ct G SI1 AVC in a modified Julia setting by JbEG. I tried to get it as clean as possible, but of course macro is unkind and shows every piece of fuzz and smudge I couldn't get off the pavillion. It really isn't inclusions you are seeing!

Seeing your beautiful pictures is helpful, because it shows me how elegant the stone looks set in a beautiful solitaire. Do you wear a wedding band with this ring?

Thank you! No I don't wear a band - never have with any of my rings. I love the look of the diamond itself being the center of attention.

Well like many ladies here, I love diamonds. And fwiw, neither of these stones are my "original" stone either. I'd never get rid of it! The round was an upgrade for our 5 year, and then for our 10 year I decided I wanted an AVC, but it is from a different vendor than the RB so I couldn't really trade in.

I love the glow of the fluorescence in the round diamond pic. It's a real treat to see pics of a D with SB Fluor.

Thank you! I love the fluor - like many I was hesitant at first, but once I saw it I fell in love! The glow it has is just awesome - glad it showed a bit in some of the pics!

Yeah I am kind of particular about keeping them clean. Like daily. Or even more often if needed. I'm always looking for fingerprints on the tables!
